1. General Questions

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days after you have received your order. To start a return, please login into your account and follow the instructions given.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carriers website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via, Facebook, Email, or you can send use a text message to our phone number.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping on orders over 100 CAD.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from Puritific, don't fret as you have 30 days after you have recieved the product to request for a refund. Please make sure that you first request a refund on customer account before sending products back to use otherwise your reuqest will be denied.

3. Gift Cards

Gift Cards are a type of prepaid card which can be used to purchase items from our online store only. You may request for one by sending us a direct message or by logging into your account and searching for a gift card of your chose. More denominations will be added down the line.

Know exactly what you want? You can find our search box in the top right hand corner beside the account icon and cart icon. 
Product Information
After you have found the perfect product, you can read the benefits and usage tips on each product detail page. The information is located under the Additional Information tab, located below the images. 
Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
Puritific is an online e commerce business and doesn't carry products on had for the vast majority of items sold in our different shops across different platforms, like Facebook, Snapchat, Shop App to name a few but not limited to these platforms. When shopping on our different platforms you may come across products that show they are out of stock. We will never knowingly accept money for products' that are out of stock. However in the rare case payment gets processed when an item is no longer in stock, We will send you a message to your email or method of choice indicating the product that you requested is out of stock and will ask if you want to wait for the product to be back in stock or a full refund.  
Loyalty Program
When you signup you are automatically enrolled into the program. After every order you will will receive Loyalty points which you can then use towards your next purchase. The more you shop the more you save. That's a win win if you ask us! Happy Shopping!

How to Login
In order to login into your account the icon is right next to the search icon on the upper right hand corner on your desktop or laptop. All you will need to do is enter your email or phone number and a login code will be sent to your desired login credentials. Each time you login you will receive a code that you will have to enter; so no need to remember a password.
