Shipping Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We are currently offering a limited-time discount of 45% until December 30th, 2023.  These offers and discounts can and will be updated throughout the duration of Puritific.ca. 

Please note that products purchased through our store have various windows of when you are expected to receive your purchases. This is due to where the products are being shipped from. Note that all products abide by the same rule and a based on business days only when being shipped by Canada Post from 9 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday. If your product is being delivered through UPS then your delivery window will be Monday to Saturday from 9 AM-7 pm.  Please keep that in mind when placing an order.

When an order is placed it can take up to three days for your order to be fulfilled as the items are checked prior to being shipped out to make sure they match the product image. 

Shipping Fees

We also offer outside of the above offers and discounts a standard shipping and express shipping fee. This can be found at checkout as the exact cost of the fee will vary based on the products purchased. 

All VAT fees and the like will be included at checkout. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

For EU and UK consumers. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Limited time offer is valid until July 31, 2023. After this date it is subject to change that you as the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost. 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional cost or taxes.  We do everything in our power to include all available duties and taxes however, as stated above some are out of our control.
